This last year, with a new baby in the house, frozen food has been my go-to.I love being able to put yummy and comforting food on my family’s plates with little to no work at the end of a busy and stressful day..
Frozen food has come such a long way.It’s like eating restaurant food, but without all the annoying waiting and awkward baby fussing in public.Kennedy loved her Sweet and Sour Chicken, but she was extra happy about the steamed veggies that came with it.
Steamed veggies are her favorite.Chris and I both had the Fettuccine with Chicken and Broccoli.
Delicious and full of actual broccoli!.
When Marie Callender’s contacted me to share this program they’re running, called the Comforts From Home Project, I knew it was a good fit.Unfortunately, I realized that digging through boxes to find an empty frame wouldn’t exactly be possible while holding Jack in the other hand, so I settled for a clipboard with a little bit of ribbon tied on.
It’s perfect and it took 3 seconds!.I sat it on the desk in the kitchen that I’ve been unsuccessfully attempting to decorate this year.. Something about it just isn’t coming together quite right this time, so I haven’t shared it on the blog.
